Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Area

We currently ship physical products within the United States. International shipping may be added later.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you with an update. If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, you may choose to continue waiting or request a refund before the item ships.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
